Schwarzenegger Declares October, “Solar Energy Month”
California Governor, Arnold Schwarzenegger has declared October as “Solar Energy Month”. Southern California Edison (SCE) is leading the celebration with a variety of events aimed at educating homeowners about going solar. SCE will be offering classes at various locations throughout Southern California. The specific dates and venues can be found here.
SCE is currently on step 5 of the California Solar Initiative (CSI), which means that for every watt of installed solar capacity you install, the state will pay you $1.55. More information on the CSI rebate program can be found here.
If you are an SCE customer and want to take advantage of this very generous rebate, the first step is to get some solar quotes and determine whether leasing or buying is the best option for you.
Simply fill out our free evaluation, and we will have qualified Southern California solar installers contact you and provide you with no obligation solar quotes for your home.
You could be paying less for clean energy, sooner than you think!
